    The Player Development Manager will provide effective leadership through quality personnel management and development of hight-skilled Casino Host staff.  The incumbent co-creates and coordinates programs with the Director to attract high limit players and caters to such guests to ensure their satisfaction and repeat visits in order to enhance the growth of the casino's gaming revenue.  The Player Development Manager is a role model for providing all phases of quality guest services and ensures the delivery of excellence in service to our guests while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and company objectives.   The incumbent must have a strong knowledge of all casino games and experience in manging player tracking information systems, along with high limit guests and their betting and spending habits.  

    Responsibilities

    Player Development Manager is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for team members and guests by managing all phases of Casino Host services and Players' club  operations.  The Player Development Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with valued gaming guests and market our gaming product to potential guests through the development of our current customer base as well as identifying potential new customers through a variety of incoming and outgoing channels/ media.  The position is called upon to interact frequently with guests and make decisions regarding utilization of the property's amenities such as hotel, food, concerts, events and other complementaries to promote positive relationships and create guest loyalty/ repeat visits. 

    Qualifications

    Strong communication and guests relation skills, including the ability to listen, interpret and report information, and interface with guests and team members to meet the needs of preferred guests.  Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple task, projects and people; ability to plan, organize, direct control, coordinate and analyze a variety of projects.  Seven to ten years experience in gaming (table games, host), hotel and marketing with a 4 year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
