Responsible for managing the operation of the Front Desk and performing audit procedures during the graveyard shift. Keeps upper management informed of any guest complaints or situations needing special assistance. Ensures that the highest level of guest service is provided and maintained at all times.
Review room/tax report for accuracy of rate charges. Prepare and file daily statistical reports and others as requested. Follow all checklists to ensure all duties are performed. Perform front office operations: answering phone calls, ensure guests are properly checked-in and checked-out, wake up calls, etc. Have a complete knowledge of all special events, facilities and promotional activities available to guests.
Must have a High School diploma/ GED. Ability to interact with co-workers and guests in a courteous and professional manner, including problem resolution and decision making.
