Responsible for set up and break down of the buffet and maintaining its cleanliness.
Responsible for keeping the buffet full at all times, especially during peak business times.
Responsible for informing customers of the ingredients on the buffet when asked.
Responsible for carving meat of the day.
Answering all questions asked by guest about the restaurant.
Ensure the safety and security of employees and guest.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to use sharp knives. Ability to assemble and disassemble hot and cold bars. Ability to read simple instructions. Ability to write simple instructions. Knowledge of ingredients of all restaurant items and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). Ability to be creative.
