The Guest Service Manager is responsible for cultivating and driving its team to achieving our goal of being #1 in our market and delivering on achieving world-class guest service! Must have team work attitude, that can motivate, teach and coach a diverse group of guest service professionals, and who can also solve problems effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and training unique customer service programs, monitoring guest issues and holding other accountable for delivering exceptional guest service. Applicants must be able to analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service. Responsible to the General Manager for successful performance of assigned duties. Assist and advises other departments and company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful performance of his or her assigned job duties and the company overall image as it pertain to guest services. Maintain high visibility on the gaming floor and pro-actively interacts with guests and team members.
Seven to ten year's experience in gaming (table games, host, marketing etc.) with a 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory work experience. Must be able to obtain a gaming license by the state.
