Provide support to the Casino Hosts and the Player Development Manager with slot tournaments, player accounts, marketing events, promotions, sales calls and welcome all patrons to the casino. Assure that guest have a favorable gaming experience. Must have an outgoing personality and clear and distinct speaking voice.
Tracking and issuing player cards for new and existing accounts.
Execution of drawings and events including answering guest's questions, operating drawing software, completion of applicable paperwork and making public announcements.
Redeem points from accounts for patrons for cash or prizes.
Explanation of the casino, issuing player cards, handle special coupons, and any other business to our guests.
Handle all incoming and outgoing reservation requests in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain a record of all corporate, special rates, guaranteed no shows and preferred company rates.
Provide general Casino information to incoming callers.
Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees.
Other duties as assigned.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Zero to two years experience in customer service or clerical field. Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
