The Table Games Supervisor provides direct supervision in the pit area during their assigned shift. Monitors and enforces all policies and procedures according to MS Gaming Agency, company's Internal Control Procedures and state regulations.
Responsible for enforcing Responsible Gaming and Title 31. Maintain game security and protect company assets at all times. Control and direct games in progress by monitoring and providing assistance to dealers to correct mistakes. Maintain constant awareness of activities on all games in assigned area in order to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity. Provide on the job training to dealers to grow them to the next level. Effectively communicate to ensure that consistent, accurate and timely information is provided to all shifts. Address and manage complaints or concerns from guests or Team Members.
Experience in table games operations and thorough knowledge of all casino games is required. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
