  • Overview

    Responsible for assisting with servicing all heating, ventilation, cooling and propane systems, as documented and required or as scheduled on the property. Adhere to all company and departmental policies, practices and procedures. Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting it to the appropriate person for proper resolution.


    • Reports and coordinates with the Maintenance Supervisor or On-site Casino Shift Manager when Director is not available on all service request, make ready, preventative maintenance, inspections, and budget status.
    • Prioritize and organize all service request assigned
    • Perform preventative maintenance activities, inspections and procedures on assigned heating, ventilation, cooling and propane systems, as documented and required.
    • Assist in stocking, ordering and maintaining adequate spare parts par levels associated with the HVAC equipment.  Assist in protecting and safeguarding all property assets, tools and equipment. 
    • Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building's exteriors and interior.
    • Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by Waterview Casino.
    • Remove trash from office areas and casino perimeter on a daily basis.
    • Assist in the upkeep of the hotel and casino, including cleaning, painting, light carpentry work, clean carpets.
    • Assist Maintenance Supervisor and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
    • Assist in the troubleshooting and/or repair of mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and electrical problems.
    • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on hotel, restaurants or casino areas to the Maintenance Supervisor. 
    • Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
    • Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner.
    • Responsible for staff when the manager or director is not on duty. 


    Valid driver's license required, Carpentry, painting, plumbing, pool experience a plus.

    Must be HVAC certified or equivalent work experience (Three (3) years’ experience maintenance and operation of four pipe fan coil units, up to 25000 cfm, including their electrical service and internal control systems)
