The Casino Service Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Casino Service Center Manager in the successful operation of the cage and assuring that guest have a favorable gaming experience. Ensures that cage, main bank, vault and kiosks are operated in accordance with company policy. Monitors the performance of Cage employees and Main Bankers. Carries out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with company policy and gaming regulations.
Responsible to the Casino Service Center Manager for successful performance of assigned duties. Responsible for the supervision and performance of the cage and cashiers during the shift. Assists and advises other departments and Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the success of the cage and the company overall. Responsible for assisting in accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges for funds throughout the shift. Including jackpots, hoppers, table credits, table fills, employee gratuity and employee exchanges.
Two to five years experience in cage operations and supervision with a 2-year
degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
