    This is a management-level position responsible for analyzing and directing all Information Technology (IT) related activities of the organization with supervisory responsibilities for all staff assigned to the IT department.  This position is accountable for ensuring continuity of computer services for computer users throughout the organization through planning, technical leadership, and project coordination. Must also manage issues with existing or developed systems and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them.  


    Responsible for the property operational technology systems, installations, implementations, problem diagnosis and resolution including the supervision and performance of the data center including device connectivity, voice, data security, backup/ recovery, operating system and application of software support. Forecast costs, equipment and personnel needs for projects and programs as required and related to IT operations. Stay abreast of the latest developments in IT technology and remain highly technically competent at all levels of data processing while striving for enhanced user productivity through implementation of new software technology where applicable, and the implementation of policies that more effectively utilize IT resources.  Prepare long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development and acquisition of the resources needed to support them.  Assure responsiveness of long-range plans to corporate objectives.


    Seven to ten years' experience in computer, networks, problem solving, software, and computer operations with a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience. Network and Microsoft Certifications preferred.  Must be able to obtain a valid gaming permit.
