Responsible for the installation, set-up, maintenance, and reconfiguration of all slot machines.
Responsible for repairing and monitoring the electronic gaming devices. Perform slot troubleshooting techniques to detect problems with the printers, cables, etc. Maintain contact with the guest on a regular basis while performing work on their machines, including follow-up after work is completed. Ability to interact with coworkers and guests in a courteous and professional manner, including problem resolution and decision making. Keep supervisor informed of all on-going issues.
High School Diploma/GED required. Technical Training Schools are a plus. 2-5 years experience preferred. Must be able to lift/carry 75 pounds. Must be able to sit, stand, crouch, bend, reach kneel, lie prone, hold, pull and lower as necessary. Ability to understand gaming products, including theory of operation, abnormal operation and troubleshooting.
