The Hotel Guest Room Attendant is responsible for providing excellent guest satisfaction, through guest assistance, high standards of cleanliness and teamwork.   The Guest Room Attendant  consistently provides excellent housekeeping in all guest rooms according to policy and procedures and in an environment that promotes a positive attitude that includes a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests.  Interact with guests and other workers in a respectful, professional and courteous manner.  The Guest Attendant is accountable for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the Hotel. 

Responsible for the following duties:

1. Change bed linen daily
2. May clean up to 20 rooms in a day.
3. Vacuum carpet daily
4. Dust all furniture (picture frames, bed frames, lamps, TV’s dressers and all other room items) daily.
5. Remove fingerprints and smudges from mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows, etc.
6. Thoroughly clean the bathroom area washtub, tiles, sink, floor, toilet, walls, doors, etc.
7. Replenish toilet tissue, kleenex, soap, and other amenities.
8. Loads linen cart with all supplies for designated work area.  Keeps supply closet clean and in order.
9. Make room check at designed time marking slip vacant or occupied.
10. Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees.
11. Other duties as assigned.
