The Busser will engages all Guests in a warm and friendly manner, making a WOW first impression.  Responsible for assisting the front of the house Food & Beverage team in exceeding the guest's exectations by maintaining a professional dining atmosphere. Assists in maintaining the overall Guest flow of the restaurant. To perform duties including, but not limited to, bussing tables, cleaning work stations, maintaining dining room sanitation and other duties as assigned. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Ensure that all trash has been removed from the seats, tables and floor space underneath and around the restaurant area. Maintains clean and organized work and dining areas, including windows, floors. Engages the Guest in a timely and controlled manner. Accommodates any special needs, (i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities, large parties, etc.). Busses and resets dining room tables and provides assistance to servers as needed.  Busser must perform more than one task at a time, calmly and effectively in an extremely busy and stressful work environment. Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels.  The busser must also lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment. The successful candidate for this position must also stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant. 

High School graduate or equivalent preferred
