Provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by promoting goods and services, assigning rooms, registering guests, rendering bills, receiving cash/credit payments and comps.
Must welcome, greet, interact and assist guests in a professional manner. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Provide excellent service within the property's service standards and brand attributes. Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guests and limit requests for information pertaining to guests in accordance with hotel policies . Provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, casino events, promotions and directions.
Must have a high school diploma/ GED. Ability to operate computers. Prefer one (1) year of previous experience working in a similar resort/ hotel setting.
