Responsible for dealing games professionally, accurately and according to policies and procedures and ensure a positive customer experience.

Must be able to notify Floor Supervisor of any irregularities in the play and/ or transaction during the shift.  Deal assigned games accurately. Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures.   Maintain a positive demeanor at all times.

*Excellent knowledge of each table game type including Craps

*Excellent hand/eye coordination

*Ability to deal cards using both hands

*Excellent math skills

*Must be able to obtain and maintain a Mississippi Gaming permit
