The Surveillance Operator is responsible for planning, communicating, and implementing procedures in accordance with directives given by Surveillance Directors. Accountable for protecting casino assets via CCTV surveillance equipment.  Identify thefts and other issues which potentially threaten the safety of our guests, team members and the casino's resources.  

Monitor the video recording for illegal or unusual activities such as cheating, theft, embezzlement or advantage play.  Oversees and verify large payouts by the casino such as jackpots, chip exchanges and other cash transactions.  Adhere to the Mississippi Gaming Regulations and Internal Control Policies in regards to reporting suspicious activities or irregularities.   Create detailed and accurate reports and maintain a daily log of activities observed and/ or reported to Surveillance.  

Knowledge of computers and all CCTV equipment.  High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience.  Surveillance experience, related schooling or military experience will be considered a plus.
