The Surveillance Operator is responsible for planning, communicating, and implementing procedures in accordance with directives given by Surveillance Directors. Accountable for protecting casino assets via CCTV surveillance equipment. Identify thefts and other issues which potentially threaten the safety of our guests, team members and the casino's resources.
Prepare and cook to order a variety of foods that require only a short preparation time. May take orders from guests on the casino and serve patrons in the hotel. Accept payments and make change or write charge slips as necessary.
The Dual Rate Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the Security Department during the Security Shift Supervisors absence (i.e., assigned days off, in training, PTO, call-offs, FMLA, etc.). Assists Security Shift Supervisor when both are on duty by overseeing floor activity, freeing up the Shift Supervisor to do scheduling, reports, etc. The Security Shift Supervisor helps to provide for a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and company assets. Supervises security staff on assigned shift. Directs staff and assists in the handling of incidents and emergencies. Summons police/fire/medical agencies as needed. Follows all gaming regulations, oversees required drops. May schedule employees and assign tasks.
Responsible for managing the operation of the Front Desk and performing audit procedures during the graveyard shift. Keeps upper management informed of any guest complaints or situations needing special assistance. Ensures that the highest level of guest service is provided and maintained at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by promoting goods and services, assigning rooms, registering guests, rendering bills, receiving cash/credit payments and comps.
The Hotel Guest Room Attendant is responsible for providing excellent guest satisfaction, through guest assistance, high standards of cleanliness and teamwork. The Guest Room Attendant consistently provides excellent housekeeping in all guest rooms according to policy and procedures and in an environment that promotes a positive attitude that includes a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests. Interact with guests and other workers in a respectful, professional and courteous manner. The Guest Attendant is accountable for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the Hotel.
