Food and beverage supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers on the casino floor, hotel and banquet hall. This position will oversee all issues pertaining to patron's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and customer service.

Responsible for assisting the front of the house Food & Beverage team in exceeding the guest's exectations by maintaining a professional dining atmosphere. Assists in maintaining the overall Guest flow of the restaurant. To perform duties including, but not limited to, bussing tables, cleaning work stations, maintaining dining room sanitation and other duties as assigned. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
The EVS Attendant is responsible for providing excellent guest satisfaction, through guest assistance, high standards of cleanliness and teamwork. The EVS attendant consistently maintains a clean facility, and an environment that promotes a positive attitude that includes a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests. Interact with guests and other workers in a respectful, professional and courteous manner. The EVS Attendant is accountable for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the entire property.
The Hotel Guest Room Attendant is responsible for providing excellent guest satisfaction, through guest assistance, high standards of cleanliness and teamwork. The Guest Room Attendant consistently provides excellent housekeeping in all guest rooms according to policy and procedures and in an environment that promotes a positive attitude that includes a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests. Interact with guests and other workers in a respectful, professional and courteous manner. The Guest Attendant is accountable for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the Hotel.
Responsible for dealing games professionally, accurately and according to policies and procedures and ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform proper daily functions in the cage service window area. Ensuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
Responsible for ensuring all dishware and silverware is cleaned efficiently and promptly. Provide all facets of the dining venue with silver and dishware on a continual basis.
